The State Partner serves as the key Organizer and Liaison for the Challenge within their state, playing a vital role in promoting participation, managing logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of the audition and screening process during the World Nursery Rhyme Week (November 10thβ14th).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Promotion: Promote the Challenge through schools, community centers, and social media platforms to encourage widespread participation.

Registration Support: Guide teachers, parents, and participants through the registration process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Compliance: Ensure all participants comply with the Challenge guidelines for auditions and screening, adhering to rules and regulations.

Screening Process: Organize and oversee the screening process for state-level finalists, communicating regularly with the Organizers as needed.

Recognition and Celebration: Help recognize and celebrate state-level participants, distributing awards and certificates to deserving individuals.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain productivity.

Passion for Education and Culture: Genuine passion for education, African Indigenous Rhymes, songs, and dance, with a desire to promote cultural heritage.
